We do detailed study of Scope of work and Specifications and engineering standards, Preparation of Project Plan, Project Schedule, Bar charts and Material Schedule, Submission of material specifications, Preparation of Fabrication drawings, Material procurement, Work execution strictly as per the approved schedule, Submission of weekly and monthly progress, Excellent supervision of work, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Step by step inspections, Final testing & commissioning and preparation of As-built Drawings.
